I Won Dance award!!

Our 1 year 10 months :):)

Yes indeedy we celebrated our one year and two months.
I can't believe how fast it has gone!! But it feels like he has been my best friend forever :):)
We saw planet of the Apes, went to intencity and won a pacman (WIN) and then had a
lovely lunch at Hogs Breathe.
Oh what an amazing day!! :):)

My attempt to go to Hot Damn

So I attempted to go to Hot Damn for the first time with Jake, Katie, Lillyman, Kingy and Karen. It was a pretty random group of friends but they made the night!

So it all started with me getting extremely excited because the night was going to Mexican themed. So as I do I went out and bought Mexican hats that I swore I would dance around.

        I then met up with Kingy and Karen at Merrylands station with Jake. We caught the train together and had very interesting conversations with these random people that were also going to Hot Damn. One of the guys actually insisted he was Portuguese because he eats a lot of Nandos chicken.  It was probably one of the best train trips I have ever had.

     Anyways, So we get to Merrylands and there’s Katie and Lillyman already drunk as a skunk. Lillyman ensured us that he knew the way to oxford street and silly me actually believed a drunk man so we spent like an hour walking and finally got there. “FULL TO CAPACITY”. The first thing that pops into my head is “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, IT’s MEXICAN THEMED!!!!!”

    So we decided we would have to find somewhere else to go. We walk into some zombie place and then run out immediately as it was as dodgy as anything. We then went on to a gay bar across the road and Katie basically got lap danced by this gay guy. IT WAS HILARIOUS!

     We then went to another gay bar and I swear to goodness I could hear crickets. There was nobody there. I then remembered I saw a thing about backpacker Thursday at Homebar.

     We walked straight in and nobody confronted us about paying entry free. I just got this really weird look off this chick, but hey I didn’t care. THEN WE GOT FREE SHOTS!! The night was rocking!!

So we danced the night away around my Mexican hat as I promised myself I would do and decided we would head home. We caught the nightrider bus, An Asian chick got kicked off and Katie exchanged numbers with her new Indian lover boy.

So I took Jake to Kiama to see the blow hole and lighthouse. He thought it was pretty amazing. It made me happy.

The movie was pretty damn awesome!! And after the movie we got nom nom nom thick shakes and got a little too excited.
